vegr · Old Norse: way, that which carries · √vah · Sanskrit: to carry
VEGR.AI is not a tool you use and put away. It is the ground your knowledge stands on, for people and for AI.
Before books were bound, manuscripts were tied together with a cord. The Sanskrit word for a book, grantha, comes from √grath, to tie. A knowledge graph is knots and threads. It remembers every version, and a published graph is a web page.
For IIBA One living picture of the field: societies, people, trainings, workshops and articles, tied together.
A node holds one thing: a thought, a source, a practice, a course. It can carry text, video, sound, pictures, even a whole web page. A node alone is a note. Tied together, it becomes understanding.
For IIBA NIBI or SOBAB Brasil, the recording of a workshop, an article from the Clinical Journal, or one member's story of practice.
The node type tells the system what a node holds and how to show it: text, video, sound, micro-story, person profile, course module, event, conversation report.
For IIBA A field can make its own types, so a society or a movement group looks and works the same way in every society, in any language.
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant such as Claude, ChatGPT or Grok read and write in your own knowledge graphs. You sign in, the AI acts as you, every graph stays private until you publish it, and nothing is sent without a preview.
For IIBA The AI answers from the members' shared knowledge, not from the average of the internet, and takes over the costly work: gathering, recording, keeping contacts current.
The knowledge lives in your graph, not inside an AI model, so the model can be changed. Open source, open interfaces, your own account and your own domain. If we disappeared tomorrow, your World would still stand.
For IIBA Members who use different assistants can all work on the same shared knowledge. It is developed together, and open and easy to reach for every member.
AI models are tools for working with language, images and documents. They do not replace consciousness, experience or discernment. People hold the ground, set the pace and decide what is true.

IIBA is the customer. A small team of two people works with IIBA for six months. Members from different places in the world take part, so the pilot works in several languages. What we learn sets the concrete specs for the next circle.
Paid by use, on IIBA's and the societies' own accounts. Official prices in USD, Cloudflare docs, Oct 2026. Usage numbers are examples.
Claude, ChatGPT or Grok used directly, on top of the models on Cloudflare. Open models do the heavy lifting; advanced ones only where they are worth it.
Meetings and recordings turned into text, in any language, and saved into the knowledge graphs. USD 0.0045 a minute. It replaces whisper-1, which OpenAI removes on 26 February 2027. Members who add their own OpenAI key pay for their own minutes.
Hours to connect Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, learned as part of the training.
Courses, workshops and movement groups that members create and offer through their own World.
We are paid more when we succeed together. A share of the new income goes to the work, only when the goal is reached.
The circle continues: what the pilot teaches decides the next circle. Numbers are placeholders until we explore them together.
IIBA's website and the 43 society and federation websites on IIBA's lists, read in Chrome on 2–3 November 2026. Only homepages were scanned.
Running in use in a World today · Being built in progress now · On demand built when a society needs it
Published knowledge graphs are web pages, under the society's own brand. nibi.no runs this way.
Articles, recordings and workshops as knowledge graphs, with every version kept. Open to members or to the public, as each society chooses.
Login with a link by e-mail, no password. minside.nibi.no and minside.sodesign.no.
Sent from the society's own address, with a preview before anything goes out. NIBI's first newsletter went out this way.
Meetings in the browser, recordings in the society's own storage, and the spoken word turned into text in many languages.
Group and direct conversations in one shared space.
Contacts with labels and history, reachable only by the society.
A shared calendar with bookings and Google Calendar sync.
The first course is live in one World, with access only for those who have it.
Stripe, paid straight into the organisation's own account. The key never leaves its own Cloudflare account.
Instagram posting and short videos made in the browser. Other channels can be added.
Assistants that answer from the members' own knowledge, as on iiba.vegr.ai.
Added when a society asks for it.
